For time – Perform in the order listed. Row Machines in the middle of room. Do not move Assault bikes:

80 Sit Ups

70 steps, MB Bearhugger Walking Lunges, 20/14lb

60 Parallette Push Ups

50 Box Jumps, 24/20″

40/30 Cal Row

30 Wallballs, 20/14lb to 10/9’

20/15 Cal Bike
