Metcon (Time)

Partner WOD. For time:

Row 5000m

Every 2 Minutes, both athletes must perform 10 Wallballs (20/14 to 10/9’) & 10 Burpees.
WBs & Burpees do not need to be performed simultaneously but both must complete before either athlete is allowed to continue accumulating meters on the rower.

Scale Row distance, WB loads, & number of burpees as needed but remain consisted throughout (e.g. if you begin w 4000m row goal, 10lb WB, & 7 Burpees E2Min, maintain this loading/volume for the entire workout duration.)
