42 **Power Snatch, 75/55lb

*In between movements, 1 partner must complete 8 OH Lunges (45/25lb) before both move on to the next task.

**You can sub either 1-Arm DB Snatches or 1-Arm DB Hang clean and jerks if you’d like since power snatches were programmed yesterday.
