Partner WOD – For time – Alternate 1 minute On/Off. Partner A works while Partner B Rests, then switch. Next minute Partner B picks up where A left off, working 1 minute while Partner A rests:

150 Weighted Sit Ups, 20/14lb

120 Wallballs, 20/14lb

90 Hang Cleans, 135/85lb

60 CTB Pull Ups

30 Snatches, 135/85lb
