50 KBS, 70/55lb

Run 200m Together

50 Push Ups

Run 200m Together

50 Wallballs, 30/20lb to 10/9’

Run 200m Together

50 Burpees Over Partner Planked

One person works at a time through KBS/Push Ups/Wallballs/Burpees. Count each 200m run as 20 reps (100m=10/200m=20).
