Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Minute AMRAP:

20 Sit Ups w Feet Anchored (use 2 DBs)

20 Mountain Climbers (L=1/R=2)

10 TTB

5 Burpees

5 *DB Squat Cleans

*Pick your own DB load for squat cleans and post in comments. Movement Standard: Touch any part of DBs to ground > clean > pass through full squat > stand to full hip/knee extension w both DBs in contact w shoulders.
