BTW…….I have watched many a m’up video (I am kind of obsessed) and that is the first time I watched that particular one and loved it! I think by far that has been the best transition explanation I have ever seen/ heard!! I totally feel I could walk in CFS and do one!

Speaking of LuLu, Grant did you get the recall notice on your LuLu yoga pants? Apparently some of their pants are transparent. Guess you’ll have to start wearing underwear to workout in!

Lulu sale! What fun. Liked the WOD this morning, we just won’t discuss muscle ups. Good practice idea though, just still a long way off for me. I’m still banding ring dips. 12:30

OH, also thank you Kristie for the reflection, last year I ran the mile in the Pitter Pat. I ran the 5K Turkey Trot and will do the 5K Color Me Rad. Coming along!!!

Hey guys. This is going to be huge. I created an Event on Facebook for the Tanger Throwdown, and will also creat a page for it. We have some amazing things in the works, including possibly having the large Reebok CrossFIt Semi at the event. The registration will go live on March 31. Ok so i dont want to seem like some new guy that is starting out and thinks hes a gift to crossfit. I have a LONG way to go. But i do have to give props to crossfit. I have always been a big lifter but just started crossfitting hard about three weeks ago. I set a PR today on bench. Finished my last set at 315lb. I feel stronger than i ever have already. This stuff is awesome!!!!!!!
