2 x 10 MedBall Squat Cleans
3 x 5 Muscle Clean, 95/65lb
Strength
10 Minutes EMOM perform 2 Hang Power Cleans
Conditioning WOD
3 Rounds for time:
15 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95lb
15 Burpees
Post range of loads used on strength EMOM and Conditioning WOD times to Comments.

BRANDY!!! I don’t even know if you’ll see this, but I am SO, SO, SO incredibly proud of you for your clean AND jerk PR. You have been working so hard to get to that weight and seeing you accomplish it was honestly one of my favorite coaching memories to date. Way to go, girl!!!

Does anyone recall when we did this wod this summer? I remember Macy did it in like 3:03. I’ve searched to no avail. I’d like to compare my times.

I had a pretty good improvement over July, thanks for the encouragement Meggin & Mary. 3 @ 205#, 7 @ 225#, then 3:46 Rx. That’s just like Fran burn!

Whew!!! I tried to hide from jessi and Mary (who freakin rocked it!!) I saw the after life of it and got skeered…thanks to shelly for calling me out! Seriously thanks guys! All 3 of u, I’m glad I participated! Very much like Fran, forearms and throat and lungs..pr’d from last year by a 28 seconds. Got 4:20, day 3 of whole 30..I’ll take it! Altho everytime I laugh I choke!

Kept the strength light today at 205 as I’m trying to come back from a tweaked something in my neckshoulderback. Did however PR by more than 30 seconds. 2:55rx on wod. Thanks Mary and Meg for your kind words of encouragement.

195 on strength. That’s a 2 rep PR I believe after coming off an injured elbow
4:22 RX on the WOD. PR by over 90 seconds. I love this place
