24 Minutes to perform the following tests:
L-Sit for time (scale between boxes w/bent knees or w/plank)
Max Height Box Jump
Handstand Hold for time (freestanding – scale against wall)
Max Cone Touches in 60 seconds, 20ft spread
Conditioning WOD
3 Rounds for time:
10 KB Swings, 70/55lb
10 Hand Release Burpees
Post test scores and conditioning WOD times to Comments.

Natosha Willhite and I will be hosting a Paleo potluck at the gym this Thursday at 7pm. PG13 goal–be able to do a 20″ box jump. Done! Thanks Barb. WOD 4:45. Found a few more goals for next year but the box thing was the best so far!

I missed a month because of the chest crud but being gone a little bit allowed me to see people I have not seen work out in 30 days and some I started with in August. Long story short, I gotta bust some butt because the change made at cfs by nearly everyone are nothing short of incredible. Those box jumps I saw tonight were amazing from the guys and the ladies. Thanks for the motivation.
