Members and coaches at CFS: Please make sure that when parking at CFS, you leave both the handicapped spot open and the striped loading zone area next to it open for any disabled or special needs families that we have within our community. I will be the first to admit that I’ve been guilty of parking in the striped loading zone next to the Handicapped parking place. Let’s all make a concerted effort to leave these spots available for those who need them. Thanks!

Hey all I’m wanting to sell my green and black reebok oly shoes. I’ve worn them only 3 times for maybe a combined 30 minutes. They are a size 9 and like-new, not even a crease in them. I believe I paid 140 for them and would like to get 90-100…like I said, they’ve barely been worn. Give me a holler if you’re interested 870-654-5046. I’ll even wash the soles for ya if you’d like

Awesome video. Great example of not letting others put limits on you. Better example of NEVER putting limits on yourself.

I bawl like a baby every time I watch that video. To some degree, varying by each person, we are all this guy. He had to want that badly enough to refuse – REFUSE – to give up, even when people told him it wasn’t medically possible. Muscle ups are medically possible. Handstand push-ups are medically possible. Heavy lifts are medically possible, yet we give up on those every day.

Through Christ our comfort overflows. II Corinthians1:5 NIV
My heart is filled with gratitude this week. On behalf of our family, Lawrence and I, and Jay and Lindsey we want to thank all of our CrossFit family for the love shown to us this past week. For all of you who prayed for us, came to visitation, called, and messaged us, we thank you. I called Jeremy this morning to find out if he knew a couple of strong guys with a truck that could help me get a bed from the store to our house. Jeremy and Tom had it done within the hour. Our Crossfit family was well represented at visitation when I saw Tina Quintus, Tina Rees, Lisa Godfrey, Coach Mary, Jessie, Ronna, and I hope I didn’t forget anyone. They hugged us and poured out the love from everyone at our box.
I’ve been angry, sad, guilty, heartbroken, and numb this past week. The range of emotions and stress has been nearly unbearable, but with the prayers before the wods and continued prayers for our family I feel a little stronger each day. Please know that we love you all so very much and ask for continued prayers as we start a new life without Jenna. We are assured that she is with our Father in heaven and have the comfort of knowing we’ll see her again!.
