50 steps, Prisoner walking lunges
40 sit ups
30 mountain climbers, R/L=1
20 pull ups

Good body weight WOD tonight. Need those every once and awhile.
225# on split jerk and 14:12 rx on the WOD.
Congrats to my buddy Jamie Womack. PR today on the split jerk 285#. Strong work brother.
