    I am going to scale this wod at another location where I am going to be serving 60 highschool cross country runners pasta. However, I will serve them really fast and yell: 3…2…1…like Mary so it feels like the box. And consequently, I have nightmares of Mary yelling those numbers out more often than is normal.

    Here are the rowers half way or more to the 100,000 meter goal!
    If you need to come in and row out a 10K do it. Haley did last Sat. and look at the difference it made. 100,000 meters, the goal. Stay on it!

    Made it by the skin of my teeth (do teeth have skin? I know when u drink the spirits they grow fuzzy socks) anyway, started this wod 5 minutes late but still got to do it after my babysitting duties today! Was afraid I wud have to take a rest day, gasp!! 31:47..actually enjoyed this one, even with the running ;)
