Perform 4 Steady Rounds:

30 Seconds Max Double Unders (RX+) or Single Unders (RX)

30 Seconds Rest

20 WallBalls, 20/14lb to 10’

5 Deadlifts (Increase Load Each Rd)

Run 600m

Walk 300m

Record your total Double Unders (RX+) or Single Under (RX) reps and your heaviest set of 5 reps Deadlift.
