Strength

High-Hang (above the knee) Snatch 1-1-1-1-1
Low-Hang (below the knee) Snatch 1-1-1-1-1

Perform each lift for precision, not necessarily trying to establish max load. Each attempt may be performed as power or full snatch. Post loads used to Comments.

Conditioning WOD

“Finger In The Middle” WOD

For time:

50 Lateral hops over Barbell
25 Hang Power Snatches, 95/65lb
Run 1600m carrying a 20/14lb Medicine Ball
25 Hang Power Snatches, 95/65lb
50 Lateral hops over Barbell

On the lateral hops, both feet must leave and land simultaneously to be RX’d. Post times to Comments.

    This video reminds me of the 4pm. The part of JT is usually played by Bill Abbott and the short guy is always Brian Rice. Jamie Womack always choreographs. They call themselves Plus Two.
