In 3 person teams, Perform 3 Rounds For Time. Follow the leader style (Athlete 1 goes, then 2, then 3 for each movement. Athlete 1 cannot begin the next implement until all 3 athletes have completed the given task at hand):

50′ KB *Goblet Walking Lunges, 55/35lb

20/15 Calorie Assault Bike

20 KBS, 55/35lb

50′ KB *Goblet Walking Lunges, 55/35lb

20 One-Arm KB Thrusters, 55/35lb

20/15 Calorie Ski-Erg

*KB must be held centered at sternum. You’re not allowed to place or off-set on L/R Shoulder.
