Big shout out to B Rice and Jeff this morning for being awesome partners and for pushing me thru Fran especially B Rice for kicking the bar at my shins whenever I put it down. Thanks for picking up my 10 reps on Grace as I was still out of commission at that time. Oh and to KT I also heard yelling at me to keep going thanks homegirl mad love for you too.

Donald, not only am I so proud of you for crushing it today, I’m glad you are still alive!! It was touch and go there for a couple of minutes after you were done…but you killed it! So much great energy in the room today( started by the great coaches, KT and Tosh). So fun to see everyone going so hard and cheering so hard!
I got to workout with Macy today…so awesome! We split this up, I’m afraid Macy carried the load, but we finished in 21 and some change. That was freakin fun!

Mad love for you, too, Donald…you are an inspiration, and a super nice guy. Clearly you were robbed at the WODdys and should have won “MOST IMPROVED.”
Seriously, 1:30? pr on FRAN! NICE work, Donald! I hope your lungs are back to normal. My throat still hurts from screaming at you!
Ryan Davis, tried to pr Fran, and barely missed it. Still, 2:06? Not too shabby, Ryan. Chad Brinkley? Did you PR on Grace?
Saw some really great teamwork on this WOD, and some people doing these workouts for the first time…the box was on fire and it was a fun morning. Good job to all the athletes that tackled some of these girl WODs!
I was inspired, and did Grace. Thanks to the group who rallied for me. I pr-d Grace by :40 some seconds, and got 3:16rx!!!

Thanks Jessi yes very touch and go after but I am alive and the pizza and beer today for playoff football has brought my lungs back to normal KT. Thank you for the kind words there KT and nice work on Grace dang! As for most improved Jon definitely deserved that as well as all of the nominees and some that were not even nominated but thank you. Ryan Davis 2:06 and that’s not a PR you are nuts bro. Jessi and Macy on Saturday were their normal robotic selves just turned there switches on BA mode and went off it is awesome to witness them and Andy and Jeremy and all of the others at that level do those things and see what you can make your body and mind do with training. See you tomorrow!!!
