Strength

OHS 3-3-3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning WOD

Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

12 OHS, 95/65lb
9 KB Swings, 55/35lb
6 CTB Pull Ups

Do not drop bars from overhead. Post strength loads and total rounds completed to Comments.

    Hi everybody! Had such a great time this weekend watching everyone complete 13.2. Amazing and inspiring performances. Wanted to ask if anyone might have accidentally grabbed a pair of gray lulu studio pants in a size 6 that I left at the gym on thursday. They were sitting on the floor in the area under the childcare windows . Just let me know if you know where they are. Thanks a bunch!

    Wahooo! Happy monday! Tom and I celebrated monday by doing the Half A$# wod in the corner :) It was pretty awesome and those that witnessed it were like…wow, I can’t believe how slow they are moving. Anywhoooooo, tomorrow will be Full kick A$# tuesday.
    So proud of all of you doing the Open and SOOOOO proud of all of our Grouponers! Great job newbies!

    After my last post I suddenly felt guilty about half a$$ Monday. Jeremy coached the 4 pmers and it was awesome! So I jumped in. Problem was I half assed my counting and probably could have done better extension on squats. Sooooo, 8 or 9 rounds plus 6 ctb. I really should hire someone to count for me!! An do my squats for me. Matter of fact, anyone wanna crossfit for me? Jk happy Monday!!

    Jessie… you are my hero.

    So… Major accomplishment today. My previous 3 REP Max on Overhead Squats was 105. Today I power snatched 135 from the ground and knocked out 3 Overhead Squats! This Crossfit stuff is pretty amazing… It just keeps helping people accomplish things they never thought were possible!
