2013 CFG Open WORKOUT 13.1

MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

WOMEN - includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

MASTERS MEN - includes Masters Men 55+
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

MASTERS WOMEN - includes Masters Women 55+
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
35 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
55 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
90 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

    Since I am not doing the Open this year I was super excited to do this WOD, however, I broke my heart on a warm up snatch. For those that don’t know me, that just means I started this WOD with a heart rate above 160. Usually I sit out until it stops but not today! Some days I must be too stupid to live. Anyway, I pushed through with too much stopping and got 112 reps. I will be doing this one again!! There is NO excuse not to do this WOD!!

    This WOD definitely hurt like a combo of 12.1 and 12.2. Didn’t get quite where I wanted, but gave all I had.

    150 reps, finishing the set of 135 snatches around 15:12.

    First time posting here, but wanted to say awesome 4pm class! I know this is a little sadistic, but I skipped my row class this morning (sorry Cindi!!) just so I could do this WOD and it didn’t disappoint! I also didn’t get where I wanted, thought for sure I would get at least 10 reps at 75#, but alas I only made it to the end of the 20 burpees, 150 reps total.
