We are excited to be working with two Precision Nutrition Certified coaches and CrossFit Seminar staff, Steve and Natosha Haydock, to help our members better achieve their goals at CrossFit Springfield. This in an individualized habit driven program designed to bring about meaningful lifelong change and not a quick ‘fix’ or challenge. The program is suitable for everyone whether you are looking to optimize your performance and recovery in the box or improve your overall health and well-being. The program will help you develop habits for a positive long term relationship with food and your body.

CrossFit Springfield members will be entitled to a discounted rate by signing up to our pre-sale list but these spots will be limited.
