CFS Foundations

All members new to CrossFit must complete our 4 PT session foundations program.

These classes are 1 on 1 or 1 on 2 and personally instructed by a qualified CrossFit Springfield coach. Cost is $200 and includes the first month’s Unlimited Membership. You will learn the 9 fundamental CrossFit movements, the Olympic Lifts, and will be instructed on miscellaneous skills and training modalities (Gymnastics movements, Jump Rope, Plyometrics, etc)
