CrossFit-Springfield

Unlimited Group/Open CrossFit Membership

• $85/month; requires at least a 3-month commitment
• This entitles you to unlimited CrossFit Springfield Group Classes. A CFS Instructor will be present to coach you through the Workout of the Day.

Limited Group/Open CrossFit Membership

• $55/month; requires at least a 5-month commitment
• This entitles you to two CrossFit Springfield Group Classes per week. A CFS Instructor will be present to coach you through the Workout of the Day.

Couples/Family Membership

• $125/month for unlimited couples;   $145/month for unlimited family. Family includes Kids CrossFit  Requires at least a 3-month commitment
• This entitles you and your family to unlimited CrossFit Springfield Group Classes. A CFS Instructor will be present to coach you through the Workout of the Day.

Service/Municipal Members

• $65/month (single unlimited); $85/month (couples unlimited); $125/month (family unlimited) for  Active Fire, Police, Military, EMT will receive discounted rate with valid and CURRENT ID.

Drop In Rate

• $10/ one hour
• Get your feet wet for ten bucks; the super-soreness and the “I really need this” feeling you’ll have the next day is free.

Personal Training

• One Hour: For those who desire to be challenged on an individual level.
• Rates are established by the trainer and may vary from one Instructor to the next based on experience. Contact any of our CrossFit Instructors for details.

Boot Camp

• $400.00 for an eight week session (new to Boot Camp)
• $350.00 for an eight week session (returning Boot Camp members)
