Hello! We would be interested in your newbie class/personal training. We have played with crossfit, caveman, beachbody-insanity and our own brand CardioFit for going on 16-months now but would like to learn more aspects of elite fitness from certified crossfit personnel (rather than just throwing our own programs together.) Holly (graduate of Webb City 1994: Hey Grant!) is a certified ISSA trainer and national figure competitor and is always looking to push herself. Look forward to a response or please feel free to call anytime: 818.2305. Thanks! Jason

Thanks Ronna

I attended the newbie class on 06 March, I am still sore today
, and very happy! I cannot wait to get started in the work outs and classes. After the beginning education, how I feel today, and now knowing that I can become a real athlete vs someone who just jogs for a long time; I am ready to do this and be Cross Fit for the rest of my life. Thank You!
