Did the 5:15am rowing class this morning. We had Coach B filling in, so I knew it would be interesting to say the least!
So this message is for Coach B…
First of all, I love you man, and I’m over being really really ticked at you (now you can sleep at night). Secondly, you are a cruel, cruel man, Fran, Karen, Cindy and rowing all in one class!!! I’m literally laying my head on the desk, wiped out! Guess I should say thanks, but while I’m over being mad I’ve not made it to the appreciative phase yet, maybe by noon:) Great job by everyone at rowing class this morning, WOW!

Yeah Brian, I don’t if anybody told you…Cindi usually does the row wods with us! Just throwin that out there buddy. Great time regardless, really felt the 2 beers I drank last though!
Stayed for the 6am and got a 15 lb PR on my Back squat at 200lbs, and then got 135 on the bench. First time bench pressing since high school probably…

Just a reminder.. there is a Girls Night Out (apparently also with Canyon

happy birthday meggin!! i like the muscle up idea
i knew today wasnt going to be a big max day on legs since i had a date with sandy this morning, but i did manage to get 165 lbs, and was glad to see 105 on bench since i dont think i’ve ever done this before, then took the 95 lb challenge and got 80 reps, was going for 100, maybe next time
great day in the box, lots of energy, great job allison and amber!

i got 130 on bench (135 3 times) and 175 on back squat, probably could have done more but I was starting to hurt

BP- 205, BS- 245. Got 210 twice on BP then the shoulder said no mo! Then did 115# BP 37 times and 135# BS 30 times. Awesome WOD! Where was everyone today? Excellent work everyone at the 6 p!

Got a PR with 300lbs on backsquat. Then moved on to the max reps at 135lbs. Jeremy said that he had done 60 earlier but someone later in the day had gotten 61. So with Jeremy holding a fake gun to my head I did 62….this being all after “Brian’s Brothel” this morning. Goodnight legs, good morning IBuprofen

315# on back squat then I pooped out on the bench at 185#. Glad to be back after another CFS vacation.
