Hang Power Snatch, 75/45lb
…finish with 400m Run (once you’ve completed 21-15-9)

That’s a great one Uli, but I think Crossfit-Springfield breaks all conventional regs… Great WOD today. Ring Dips kicked my butt today, but today is done. Ring dips will still be ring dips next time and next time I will be stronger!

24:30 w/scaled OHS and ring dips. Are you sure its only 400 m to the stop sign??? I’m sure with kb’s its more like 800m. Thanks coach Brian for pushing me on the OHS. Those were tough!
