For those that have inquired, Im working on getting some shorts for the girls to order with the Crossfit logo. Also, I have found another vendor with the black yoga pants in smaller sizes. So they are available in small through XL. The order form for the fight shorts, hoody, and pants are on the dry erase board at CFS and will be taken down 2/13/10. Once we get the womens shorts squared away I will get them posted too. Contact Jeremy or myself if you have any questions.

Did the mom workout this morning, 3 rounds of 21 step ups, 15 push presh, 9 pull ups, and farmers walk 30# 6 lengths of the gym. It took me around 15 minutes and was a great workout…thanks, Brian.

19:41 Rx’d. I had planned on taking a much needed day off today, but Jeremy just HAD to pull this wod out of his magical trainer’s hat.
I tried to focus today on resting less during the workout, because I am usually a weenie about that. Great noon group today!

25:59 modified the wieght to 65 lbs and kettle-bells @ 25 lbs. Everything else straight-up. Shaking at the end. Loved every second.

26:30 not Rx’d but getting closer…I finished though, and so did my girl Lindsey on the nastiest wod she’s experienced yet during her first month at CF. Good job Lindsey making it to the end, and thanks for beating my time!

I loved the workout tonight. I want to thank Brian for making me use the skinniest band for all the pull-ups, never thought I would be able to but it worked out! I just started here like a week and a half ago after moving here from the east coast since my fiance is coaching at MSU. During physical therapy clinical rotations back home I was all over the place and ended up working out sporadically at 4 CFs in NC, VA, and MD over a 5 month period. They were all wonderful, but I must say that this is by far the best cf I have worked out at with the some of the best coaches. I am so happy to be a part of it and am looking forward to getting to know as many of you as I can… it was tough leaving behind all of my friends and family, but I really feel better about it knowing I’ll be seeing a lot of your smiling faces every day! Thanks everyone!

24:59, almost rx’d. Did five T2B (which is more than I’ve ever done), and then dropped down to KTE. Used the tiniest little red band there is for pullups; hoping it won’t be long till I’m rx’ing those. This was a great one! Felt like it should have been a chipper, but definitely wasn’t. Not sure if I’ll meet Karen tomorrow or not.
We’ll see.
