Did the CF mom WOD today, 5 rounds of 5 DB thrusters(20#), 5 pull ups, 5 ring dips, row 250 meters. Took me 22 something. I’m still sore from the pull ups on Sat, so I felt those this morning.

13:36 RX’ed. I really liked this WOD, concentrated on pushing the shoulder to the ears and staying on my heals for the squat. Found some new places to be sore tomorrow!

13:10 Rx’d. I should know by now that burpee pull ups will ALWAYS be that bad. Four minutes in, and I was hating life. Without Mel pushing me at the end, I think I would have given up. The noon crew for sure killed it today. When Dave H. yelled time, I stopped and stared for awhile. Awesome job, everyone!

Cant remember my time exact, Either 7:25RX or 8:25 RX. OHS not a problem, but the burpee/pull up yuck lol!!!

12:58 Rx’d. Well, I did Rx’d WEIGHT on the OHS, but I’m pretty sure my form was awful, so probably shouldn’t count that one as Rx’d. Either way you look at it, that was a lung burner! Burpees suck the joy out of my life.

12:30 – light bar and 45lb bar (still nursing an injured back) but I did the burpee pullups Rx! Second time to do Rx pullups ever! Pretty excited about that!!!

12:22 rx’d (used the red band on pullups, but Jeremy said it was rx’d anyway
). Fun WOD! Would have been better if I could have truly rx’d the pullups. I’m getting close! This was kinda rough after Jessi’s rowing circle of hell this morning. My arms and legs are just empty shells of themselves after that mayhem.
