Please let me do this workout tomorrow at the sweat box. I’ll vomit and die if I don’t get to. I’ll also vomit and die if I GET to. So really it’s a toss up. That is all.
Awesome video! I can still remember when Friday night WODs consisted of trainer Tim F. and me. Just the two of us throwing the one set of 45 bumber plates around. Look @ Crossfit-Springfield now. It’s like a snow ball growing with each roll. 3,2,1…explode!
I’ve been telling friends about the super hot trainers and members of Crossfit…now I can just show off the video, especially the other video that features that future crossfit star Vincent! Awesome job on that WOD Vin!

Did everything except the pull-up here at home (no bar), under 15 minutes, including changing a diaper and reading two kids books. Some of the push-ups were with an extra 35 lbs, too. (Read: toddler)
Wish so much I could have made it into the Springtown city limits for this one. Unfortunately, the roads out here in the sticks have never seen a snow plow. Can’t wait for Monday!
Vid looks GREAT, guys! If I wasn’t already drinking the Crossfit koolaid, it would definitely make me want to try it.
Yes, starting this Monday we will add Monday, Wednesday, and Friday rowing classes at 8:15.
All three days will be included this week. It had been previously posted for only Monday and Wednesday this week.
It is a benefit in many areas’; endurance, strength, setting and reaching goals to name a few, plus fun!!!!
