With a continuously running clock, perform:

1 Sit Up,

1 Jumping Jack,

and 1 SDHP, 95/65lb.

Immediately follow that with 2 reps of each, then 3, then 4, and so on- adding one rep of each movement each round.  Continue on as long as possible for 30 min. Post the round number you’re able to achieve to Comments.

    Wasn’t able to make it tonight due to the snow and my tiny car. I just wanted to let all the ladies know we are having a bachelorette party for Ana on Friday ( 2/5/10) and I will have invites at the gym in the morning if the roads are better.
