Sweet fancy disco Moses! Ouch! But what a blast. Great crew this morning. 33:05. Made it through the entire workout Rx’d, but only got about 5 real CTB kipping pull ups and the rest were just regular. Thanks, Mel for your encouragement at the end!

I loved this WOD! One of my new faves. 32:20. Thanks for the help with the KB snatch form and for pushing me thru the C&Js, Coach B. And to Jessi, for adding more weight to my bar.

I loved this WOD, 31:05 did clean and jerks75lb left the DU to the end and that took me forever! It was fun hanging out with everybody!

Wow. This was excellent! Did 250 jumps and had to rely on my trusty band for pullups, but the rest was rx’d. Meg, thanks for making me do 16 kg for snatches. You were right.
Finished in 28 something, I think.

28:35, rx’d everything but the pullups — did CTB band-assisted. Had a blast with this one. Also enjoyed meeting a few new folks and not-so-new folks who I hadn’t met before. Thanks Jeremy for the fun WOD and Brian for the positive motivation.

I had a full day of classes I had to teach at Ozark fitness. Im with Lisa, that guys butt crack on the wall balls was hilarious! I really want to try this one sometime though!
