16 minutes and change rx’d. I always struggle with the ab/core workouts, but even the thrusters kicked my tail today.

15:47 with 75 lb thrusters. I was not moving fast today. Really wanted to get 85 lbs on the thrusters, but I think my body was revolting from 4 days in a row. Great ab workout, though! Thanks, Jen!!

14:50ish…..don’t remember…..all I know is abs = ouch. It’s sad when your abs are so weak that you actually look forward to thrusters! Getting better though. When I first started there was no way you get me to do 50 sit ups in a row….I heart you Cross-Fit.

Rx’d but i have no idea what my time was – maybe around 17 or 18 minutes? I had to get my kiddo situated in his stroller when he wouldn’t stop trying to lift the bar Jeremy was training with.
Thanks for the stretches, Tina! That seriously hurt more than those thrusters!

14:33 with 75lb thrusters and floor wipers. Yesterday totally wrecked me – I felt like I had nothing left today!
