		<description>Rx&#039;d but i have no idea what my time was - maybe around 17 or 18 minutes?  I had to get my kiddo situated in his stroller when he wouldn&#039;t stop trying to lift the bar Jeremy was training with.  :)  Thanks for the stretches, Tina!  That seriously hurt more than those thrusters!</description>

		<description>14:50ish.....don&#039;t remember.....all I know is abs = ouch.  It&#039;s sad when your abs are so weak that you actually look forward to thrusters!  Getting better though. When I first started there was no way you get me to do 50 sit ups in a row....I heart you Cross-Fit.</description>
