50 WallBalls, 20/14lb
30 Calorie Row
50 Double Unders (scale with 50 Jumps over 12″ Parallette)
30 Ground to Overhead Anyway, 95/65lb

With any remaining time, perform As Many Rounds As Possible of “Cindy”:

5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Score = Number of “Cindy” rounds completed. Post Scores to Comments.
